Dr. Loyd Receives Highly Selective Pipeline Grant
Dr. Loyd is a recent recipient of the RSF-Gates Pipeline Grant Award!
Stemming from a partnership between the Russell Sage Foundation (RSF) and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (Gates), these grant awards will support a wide range of emerging research on economic mobility and access to opportunity in the United States. Dr. Loyd is one of only eighteen scholars across the country to receive the award.
The grant award will support the upcoming Pathways to Resilience study, which will examine risk and resilience among Black youth involved in the juvenile justice system in the Inland Empire.
