Poster Accepted for Upcoming SRCD Conference in Puerto Rico
Dr. Aerika Loyd will be presenting a recently accepted poster at the upcoming SRCD conference in May 2020.
The poster stems from the early phases of an online, multisite study called Investigating Racial/Ethnic Identity Shifting (IRIS). The study seeks to understand the nature of identity shifting and its impact on young people’s health. Researchers from the University of Illinois Chicago and Old Dominion University are also collaborating on the study.
Dr. Loyd is the primary author on the poster. Co-authors include Julie Rodil, Tate LeBlanc, Marisha Humphries, Ph.D., and Alan Meca, Ph.D.
The conference is scheduled to take place in Puerto Rico.
